As acting Global UX/UI Creative Director, I led a global team of researchers, information architects and designers through the discovery, strategy and design of the redesign of the Huggies Rewards app.

The prior rewards app was clunky and had limited functionality that really didn’t have much to offer users. We heard the users and had the Huggies Rewards program revamped and wanted to match the new program with an app that had a more personalized journey one that engaged the user with the brand content while also rewarding them for their loyalty.
We began with a discovery phase where we used surveys, interviews, analytics and live user sessions to gain feedback and insights from parents looking for premium diapers & wipes as well as whaat they wanted in a rewards program. We able to architect a more user friendly app that encompassed everything that the users were looking for.
