The previous Huggies Rewards app was clunky, offered limited functionality, and lacked meaningful value for users. After revamping the rewards program based on user feedback, we set out to create an app that delivered a more personalized journey, one that engaged users with brand content while rewarding their loyalty.

We began with a discovery phase, conducting surveys, interviews, analytics reviews, and live user sessions to gather insights from parents seeking premium diapers and wipes, as well as their expectations for a rewards program. Using these findings, we designed a more user-friendly app that encompassed everything users were looking for, enhancing both engagement and overall experience.
